Hatha Vinyasa - Grounding and Flowing

Hatha Vinyasa (yes, it’s a real thing) is the perfect energising class that blends the grounding tradition of Hatha with the fluid movement of Vinyasa. Expect to move, breathe, and build your yoga practice in asana (movement), prana (breath), and dhyana (meditation).  We finish with a gentle savasana and an uplifting essential oil head massage.

Mother and Baby-friendy

A gentle return to your mat—alongside your baby. Rebuild strength, reconnect to breath, and rediscover balance in a calm, supportive space. This is time for you to move, rest, and bond, with a focus on postnatal recovery, softness, and lightness. Babies are welcome just as they are. No pressure, no judgment—just presence.

One-to-one

A personalised space to explore yoga through your own body, breath, and life. These sessions weave together functional movement, breathwork, and anatomy with the deeper roots of yoga philosophy—guiding you toward clarity, strength, and self-awareness. Whether supporting recovery, building confidence, or deepening your practice, we move with intention, compassion, and purpose. Journey into Power

Inspired by the structure and discipline of Ashtanga, this class offers a strong, breath-led flow that builds internal heat, focus, and resilience. Through a consistent sequence and steady breath (ujjayi), we move with intention—cultivating strength, stamina, and clarity. Rooted in tradition, but open to all levels, this is a practice of presence, power, and personal growth.

Yoga for Runners

A functional, breath-led practice for runners and all movers. We explore the body through anatomical awareness—targeting key areas like hips, hamstrings, calves, and spine to support alignment, mobility, and recovery. Learn how breath regulates effort, calms the nervous system, and enhances endurance. Rooted in movement science, this class supports injury prevention, better mechanics, and a more connected, sustainable practice.
